2023 RED SNAPPER SEASON

The 2023 red snapper season will be from June 1 thru Aug 24, with the 24th the last day. We have been and are booking for the red snapper season. We have some days left in June and a few more in July and Aug is wide open. The minimum trip for red snapper is 6 hours and we do 8 and 10 hour trips. Call for availability, pricing, and reservations. We look forward to a good season.

2023 FISHING SEASON IS HERE

The 2023 fishing season is here and bookings are taking place now. We have trips booked in March, April, May, and June. There are still days available but you need to call and reserve the day and time you want.

Every spring we offer our 3 hour special fishing trip available from Mar 1 thru May 31. This is a popular trip for first timers and families as we fish for Spanish mackerel, sheephead, bonitos, cobia, king mackerel and other species. Children love this trip as they get to watch dolphins as they catch fish. This is our least expensive trip.

We continue to offer 4, 6, 8, and 10 hour trips for both trolling and bottom fishing. Trigger fish open Mar 1, red snapper open June 1, red grouper are currently open. At this time we are not sure when greater amberjack or gag grouper will open as the NMFS is still working to decide when they will open and for how long. We will post that info as soon as we know it.

Vermilion snapper, red porgy, grey snapper, king mackerel, mahi mahi, cobia and many other species are currently open. We are expecting a good fishing season and since bookings have already started like last year we expect days to fill up quickly so as soon as you know what day, type of trip, and time please call to reserve your trip.

The LEO TOO can accommodate parties from 1 to 25.

The LEO TOO is equipped with twin high-performance turbocharged diesel engines, diesel generator, full electronics (including fish finders), galley, microwave oven, air conditioning and all safety equipment.

Captains are U.S. Coast Guard licensed, and all of the crewmen are experienced sailors and fishermen. We offer 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hour trips for fishing.

Ice, bait, and tackle is furnished. Some live bait is available for purchase, from the live bait company, when available. You bring whatever you like to eat and drink or upon request we can arrange completely catered trips.

We fish for Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, cobia, blue fish, amberjack, dolphin, barracuda, snapper, grouper, and shark. Upon special request and with advance notice we will pursue whatever species you desire. (Inquire as to special rates and times of fishing for certain species.)

While you are on your fishing trips you will see the natural beauty of our area and view our natural resources such as Dolphins, Pelicans, and other wildlife that live in and visit our coast and view our beautiful sunrises, sunsets and clear emerald waters while heading to the fishing grounds.
